Ramen Star

Ramen Star is a Ramen restaurant started by Takashi Tamai, and located in the lower Highlands neighborhood in Denver, CO.

They make their noodles from scratch, and menu items feature new and interesting flavor ingredients and combinations.

I spent an afternoon with Mr. Tamai, to capture their process of making their special cocktail, the Umeshu Margarita.
